Los Angeles has been my home since 1997, when I moved here from Indianapolis. What started as a career shift turned into a deep, lifelong connection with this city—its rhythm, diversity, ambition, and creative edge. Over the years, LA has provided countless opportunities to grow professionally across multiple industries, from entertainment licensing to tech startups and beyond.
My first roles were in licensing, managing commercial endorsements for legacy celebrity estates like Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby, and Humphrey Bogart, and even stewarding the trademark rights to the Hollywood Sign for national campaigns. Later, I founded a marketing agency that aligned consumer brands with the rock music lifestyle, producing nationwide concert tours and promotions. Then came a leap into tech—leading sales for one of the first mobile app development firms post-iPhone launch, investing in startups, and mentoring founders through the TechStars accelerator.
Along the way, I found myself coaching executive leaders helping them align their operations, lead with clarity, and grow into their highest potential. That’s where the seed was planted.
After decades of professional achievement, I began to feel a deeper calling. Success alone wasn’t enough and I wanted to support leaders not just in scaling businesses, but in healing, evolving, and reconnecting to themselves. That’s what led me to combine business coaching with psilocybin.
A New Way to Lead: Psychedelic-Assisted Executive Coaching
Today, through The Mind Shift Network, I work with executive clients through psilocybin-assisted leadership coaching, private journeys, and structured integration programs. This approach blends high-level strategy with deep inner work so leaders can access new levels of clarity, compassion, and purpose.
I call this work psychedelic-assisted executive coaching, and for me, it’s a natural evolution of everything I’ve done: guiding transformation from the inside out.
These aren’t recreational experiences. They’re intentional, facilitated, and deeply respectful of the power of the medicine and the process. Many of the journeys I facilitate take place on a serene property in Topanga Canyon, nestled in the mountains of Los Angeles. It’s a space for slowing down, listening inward, and returning to what matters most.
Of course, I offer this work virtually or in other locations as well but Los Angeles is home. My energetic roots are here. The clients I serve here—founders, creatives, executives—carry the same ambitious, open, and questioning spirit that I’ve always admired in this city.
